Growing up in the United States during the 90s shaped so much of who I am.
That era gave me an unshakeable love for culture in all its forms—music, movies, fashion, the stories we tell and the ones we live. For the past 25+ years, I’ve called South Africa home, and that journey has deepened and expanded my cultural lens to embrace the richness of the African Diaspora. It’s been a beautiful evolution.
This blog is my platform to share what’s on my mind—pop culture, politics, fashion, music, movies, and everything in between. Sometimes I’m analyzing the latest album drop or unpacking a film that’s been living rent-free in my head. Other times I’m diving into the conversations that matter, the ones about identity, community, and what it means to navigate the world as we do.
